Discovered a rather unusual rush of traffic last night – generally I am pretty sure I know personally everyone who could possibly read the blog – and realized it stemmed from James Kwak‘s kind words on Twitter. Thank you.
Funny thing is the sense of urgency Twitter seems to create in its readers. Almost all of the readers who were going to visit came within two hours of James’ post.
Baseline is now the second-largest source of traffic in Taunter Media history, and since the first remains Playboy’s Centerfold Blog (not at all safe for work, unless you work for Allergan) when it had a bit of trouble with machine-generated links, probably the largest source of traffic that did not arrive on the site and feel terribly disappointed.
